I'm not going to cut Rhian's grass
My English neighbour, the one who has decided I'm not worth a Bonjour
or Hello (he's not deigned to speak to me for a couple of years), is
nevertheless somewhat dedicated to trimming all vegetation within sight.
Thus he mows and strims his own garden, the verge outside his house, and
also the verge opposite his house, as far as it extends outside our
neighbour's property.
And then, he leaves the last metre, because it's the verge outside MY
property.
I'm rather hoping people will notice this bit of spite towards me.
He's a regular church-goer as it happens. It seems that it's up to me,
the non-believer, to turn the other cheek.
