Yet a new batch: greengages
Today at Pontivy market I bought just over 2kg of greengages, reines-claudes
tardives.
I want to approximate to a lost recipe for greengage, orange and walnut
jam.
Anyone would think I'm domesticated.
No, not really.
Just staving off boredom.
