Jam in the making. Nectarines for confiture, and other fruit for the eating

thereof.

I'm trying a recipe for nectarine jam with lemon and cardamom seeds.

Must say I'm being ridiculed for my efforts,

eg 'Pity there's no WI round these parts'.
