The pilgrims arrive at Quelven for the three o'clock mass. This is the third mass of the day, following the candle-light procession the previous evening.
Quelven, a tiny hamlet in our commune of Guern in the Morbihan, is home to the third-largest pardon in the whole of Brittany.
The largest pardon is that of St-Anne d'Auray.
