Blue baling-twine

I used to think that blue baling-twine was a uniquely Welsh phenomenon, but I

was clearly wrong.

However I think the infra-structure is sounder here en Bretagne.

I continue to believe that the whole of Wales is precariously held together

with baling-twine.
