A friend suggested these restrictions (avian flu) might continue for years,

and that I should 'get rid ' of my hens, Clotilde, Agnes and Clarisse, bless

'em.

What should I do? Don't want to consign them to the freezer, but they are

obviously less happy in their pen than they were when they were happily

free-ranging.
