And then Cline and Ishmael stopped their car, and gave me a lift home!
Cline suggested I might need the help of her dad and his tractor to move my car.
But I don't need it until Monday, when the mto has promised wall-to-wall
sunshine (I believe!).

PS Pierre, Celine's father, did call round, and he and Ismael went out with the tractor to rescue my car.
How lucky I am to have such wonderful neighbours!
